Jobs

Many of our teens are ready to enter the workplace! Our programs allow teens to use their work experience as part of their learning day, giving you maximum flexibility with scheduling. In addition, our Advisors will regularly check in to ensure both you and your young employees have a successful experience. If you are open to hiring young people aged 14-19, send us your job ad!

Internships

Do you love your job? Please consider mentoring a young person who is interested in a similar career! Internships allow young people to shadow jobs they are not yet qualified for and to assist their mentors in a variety of ways. Businesses often use interns for help with social media, user testing, videography, and similar areas that come naturally to young people. Mentors find rewarding experiences in passing along their skills and knowledge to the next generation, while teens expand their skill set and gain social capital. Field Trips

Learners of all ages are curious about how the world works. Does your business make things? Fix things? Design things? Chances are, whatever you do, there is a group of young people who would like to take a tour. Field trips to local businesses give even our youngest learners glimpses into adult life, while business owners get some free publicity with a group of grateful parents and educators!
